Observations of the solar atmosphere - constraints on models, and understanding of the underlying physical processes
Abstract
I will discuss how high resolution current (and future) oberservations of the solar atmosphere (e.g., with SDO, Hinode, SST, IRIS, PSP), help us advance our understanding of the complex physical processing underlying the observed phenomena. In particular I will discuss the crucial role of the synergy between observations and state-of-the-art models.
