Stark broadening of spectral lines of multicharged ions of astrophysical interest. VII - AL III lines
Abstract
A semiclassical approach is used to calculate electron-, proton-, and ionized helium-impact line widths and shifts for 23 Al III multiplets of astrophysical interest. The results may be used for the diagnostic and modeling of an electrodynamic macroparticle accelerator arc plasma created by the evaporation of an Al-foil and for spectroscopy of laboratory plasma.
