Morphological segregation as a probe for galaxy formation and evolution
Abstract
The existence of intergalactic dust is today an evident fact. Methods of detection of it are mentioned. The limited data on existence of intergalactic dust in vicinity of single galaxies, in central parts and outskirts of clusters and in voids in the form of a general medium and of individual clouds are discussed.
