Partial-wave analysis of the K+K¯0π- system
Abstract
We have performed a partial-wave analysis of the K+K0Sπ- system produced in the reaction π-p-->K+K¯0π-n at 8 GeV/c. We present the results of the analysis of 30 740 events in the mass range 1.24-1.60 GeV/c2, with 0.0<=-t<1.0 GeV2/c2. In the 1.28-GeV/c2 mass region, we see evidence for a JPG=0-+ resonance in addition to the resonant 1++ wave. We observe a 0-+ resonance and possibly a small 1++ resonance in the 1.42-GeV/c2 region. We also observe a 1++ state near 1.5 GeV/c2.
