Kinematic dynamo theory for an arbitrary mean flow.
Abstract
The problem of an arbitrary, incompressible mean flow v0 in kinematic dynamo theory is amenable to a systematic treatment leading to an intuitively simple result. The author's approach is based on the theory of stochastic differential equations.
