Precision measurement of relative oscillator strengths for TI II. I - Transitions from levels /a-4/-F/3/2-9/2/ /0.00-0.05 eV/, /b-4/-F/5/2-9/2/ /0.12-0.15 eV/
Abstract
Relative oscillator strengths measured with an accuracy of 0.5 per cent using the Oxford furnace technique are given for 18 lines of Ti ii having excitation energies of up to 0.15eV. The relative values have been put on an absolute scale by use of lifetime measurements.
