A tentative identification of C2H4 in the spectrum of Saturn.
Abstract
Summary. A new spectrum of Saturn has been obtained between 900 and 1000cm -1, at a resolution of 2. , with a Michelsoh interferometer. The spectrum shows emission lines which could be attributed to C2 H4. Key words: Saturn planetary atmospheres infrared spectroscopy molecules
