Intensification of Gravitational Radiation by a Massive Rotator
Abstract
It is hypothesized that a massive, rotating, oblate object exists at the center of our Galaxy, aligned with its plane. Under favorable circumstances, gravitational waves emitted from the interior of the object would be strongly focused by its gravitational field into the galactic plane. An average intensification at the Earth of about an order of magnitude would result.
